Risk assessment is considered in relation to vehicle suitability, route planning, passenger requirements, access arrangements and operational safety.

Vehicle type is matched to group size and journey need where possible.
Pickup and drop-off points should be practical and safe.
Passengers should provide relevant information about accessibility or special travel requirements in advance.
For schools, events or larger bookings, additional planning may be needed depending on timings and group arrangements.
